This resource is FREE to entrants of either the 2025 Windsor Womens 10K or the 2025 Windsor Half Marathon. More information on how to become a member is below

 

As you can see there are 4 Categories:

  • The Nutrition Blog is self explanatory and contains a myriad amount of information that is added to on a regular basis.
  • Meal Plans contain Specific Meal Plans that also include shopping lists, recipes, cooking instructions
  • Monthly Recipes are regular Monlthy recipes set out in the same style as the Specific Meal Plans
  • Coaching Programmes contain a variety of very different Programmes. A small sample: The Lean Muscle Programme
    The Metabolic Reboot Programme
    The Menopause Power Programme

How To Become A Member of Healthy Eating

1. You need to have entered either of our 2025 Events. Links to the online Entry forms are seen below. If you wish to find out more about each Events the websites are: www.windsorwomens10k.com and www.runwindsor.com

2. Once you have entered you will need to Register (Green Button below) you will need the email your used to enter the races and your Race ID number – both of these will be in your Confirmation Email.
