The Windsor Running Festival is made possible by an incredible team of volunteers, and we’d love you to be part of it!
Taking place in the beautiful surroundings of Windsor Great Park, the festival brings together thousands of runners for the Windsor Women’s 10K on Saturday 26th September and the Windsor Half Marathon on Sunday 27th September.
Whether you’re helping on the course, supporting runners, assisting at the finish line or helping behind the scenes, our volunteers play a vital role in making the weekend such a special experience for everyone involved.
What will volunteers receive?
As a thank you for giving your time and helping us make the event happen, every volunteer will receive:
👕 A Team Windsor – Volunteer T-shirt
You’ll receive a special Windsor Running Festival volunteer Team Windsor T-shirt, available in White or French Navy – a great way to show that you’re part of our fantastic team!
🥪 A Packed Lunch
We’ll make sure you’re fuelled for your day with a packed lunch, so you can keep your energy up while supporting our runners.
🏅 A Special Engraved Race Medal
And there’s something extra special to take home – a unique engraved race medal created especially for our volunteers. It’s a lasting memento of your contribution to the Windsor Running Festival.
