Today is the turn of Alan

Beautiful Scenery, Exhilarating, Family Fun Experience

Weetabix for breakfast, a hot cup of strong coffee to wake me up and well my special shorts
- What’s your favourite song to train to?
Sun Comes Up – Rudimental (feat James Arthur). It’s a fabulous running song for those early mornings.
- What is your favourite thing about running?
There are a couple of things so it’s difficult to pin-point one thing, I would say being able to go out there and just run, to finish any distance even if the time may be disappointing, the ability to experiences different events as well as just experiencing and enjoying different surroundings too. Something I enjoy is meeting new people on these journey’s, as a solo runner this I find is brilliant, therefore having that initial connection of meeting people with similar goals to myself a rewarding feeling.
- What’s your running moto?
Your half way round so you may as well finish, but finish with a smile!! (this moto is what I thought up as I was running one of my hardest Brighton Marathon’s, we had sunshine, wind and rain all on the one day, at 21 miles, that is when I came up with this as I had to finish).
